Share the gist. Feel the vibe. Open to anyone with a phone. This page explains how GistandVibe at gistandvibe.com handles your information.
We store your phone number encrypted, and a peppered hash so we can find the account. Public pages, profiles, and feeds do not show the number. You see a masked version in settings.
Posts, messages, and the places you choose (World, countries, cities) are stored so the people you aimed them at can read them. Direct messages can be encrypted on your device when you turn that on.
We keep security logs, session records, and payment references needed to run the service. We do not sell your phone number.
You can download your data from settings and delete the account. Deletion removes your user row and the posts, messages, and sessions tied to it.
